Ordering Information - All the bears and animals that appear on this web site are available to order, unless stated otherwise in the description.   All payment and shipping information can now be submitted on-line over a secure connection with one click of a button through Pay Pal.  Or, if you prefer, I will be happy to accept your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover order over the telephone.  Please call me at 801-557-8965 to place a credit card order.  For your protection, please do not send credit card information in an e-mail.   Personal checks or money orders are also accepted.  I would suggest you contact me at luralee@bear-necessities.com to verify availability before you purchase using the PayPal button.   You will receive a return e-mail with full instructions for ordering your heirloom collectible.  All prices are in US currency.  If you need to calculate the cost in US dollars, the Universal Currency Converter offers this service.  

Shipping - Prices quoted do not include shipping charges.   All orders are shipped via either FedEx or US Postal Priority mail and insured for their full value.  I do not ship COD.  Depending on the size of your bear, shipping and insurance charges will range from approximately $12.00 to $24.00.  Shipping within the continental U.S. is free for a limited time.

Special Orders - Special or custom orders are always welcome.  My waiting list for current edition bears that are not immediately available for adoption is approximately 4 to 6 weeks at the present time.  However, custom or special orders may take longer.  A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders.   I will make every effort to complete your order within a reasonable time, and to give a good faith estimate of the time it will take to complete.  I will notify you approximately 2 weeks before your order is ready, so final payment can be arranged.  (Refunds on special custom orders may be excluded. - see my Return Policy below.)  A layaway plan is also available.  Please contact me for details.

Layaway Policy -  I am always happy to consider layaway requests up to 6-months with regular monthly payments.  A 35% non-refundable layaway deposit is required for all layaways over 30 days.  Should you decide to cancel your layaway, I will refund all payments made to date with the exception of the layaway deposit.

Return Policy - I want you to be happy with any bear you purchase from me.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. Should you decide to return your bear, you must do so within 5 days of receipt. To protect your investment, please insure the bear for its full retail value.  As soon as I receive it and determine it is still in original condition, I will refund your purchase price.  It must be returned in new condition (including no cigarette odor).  Shipping charges are not refundable, and special custom orders may be excluded.
